A reminder came home earlier this week about how to prepare your child for our field trip on Monday. Think nice weather thoughts because we are going rain or shine!
Your child needs:
-to have sunscreen applied at home on any exposed skin (bug spray can also be applied at your discretion)
-to wear long sleeves and long pants
-to wear a jacket if it's cold or a rain jacket if it's wet out
-closed shoes or boots
-a sun hat
Your child's lunch needs to contain:
-at least three drinks
-enough food for the entire day as we will have no access to food on the island
-as little garbage as possible as there are no garbage cans on the island
If you need clarification I'll be at the school at 8 a.m. that morning, please don't hesitate to call. We are so excited to go! It's all the children spoke of today!
