A nearby shelf was used to "bake" the items.
Once all the cookies were baked the children had a 'bake sale' to sell the items to others in our classroom.
To make this playdough at home:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
1 tablespoon cream of tartar
1 cup water
a hearty sprinkle of holiday spices (allspice, cinnimon, nutmeg, etc.)
Mix together well. Continue to add in extra flour and knead until the desired consistency is reached. We triple the recipe for a class batch.
