We had a special presentation today with Kids on the Block. Puppets helped us explore topics of personal safety including when to call 911, and how to respond if approached by a stranger. Asking your child about the presentation and reinforcing what to do if faced with any of these situations would be an excellent follow up conversation to have with your child.
I am a Reggio Emilia inspired Full Day Kindergarten teacher and mother to three young children. Puppet Show!
Miss O'Keefe placed a variety of materials at the art table today and invited children to make their own puppets - which resulted in a very lively puppet show just before home time!

Puppet Show!
We were treated to a puppet show today! This show discussed sharing and how to be a good friend. Thank you to Mrs. Wood and Mr. Gagnier for organizing and presenting this great experience for our children!
We ended the show with a holiday sing-along!
