Making Gak

Gak is a really oozy, squishy sensory material made from glue and soap. We made some with the children following a recipe using the internet and the Smartboard.

First we poured white glue into a bowl.

Next we filled the glue bottle with water, shook it, and poured it into the bowl too.

Finally we made a water-soap mixture and stirred that into the bowl.

The result?  Gak!

We put the Gak on our science table for the children to explore!

So much fun!
